If you're having big problems, your Internet connection or our website might be briefly down. Wait a moment and retry.

If the problems persist, try closing your web browser (in Windows, click on the X in the upper right) and then go back to RapidResizer.com and login. Your browser might have gotten into a weird state.

If that doesn't help, you can try a different browser. Chrome is recommended. The exception is iPad/iPhone, where Safari is best. Also make sure your browser is updated with its latest version.

As a lost resort, restarting your computer sometimes helps.
