It's sent automatically, so it may be in your spam folder or Promotions tab (if any).


If you have multiple email accounts, check the email of the email address that you gave us. E. g., if you used PayPal and have a different email for that account.


If you paid using PayPal, that can occasionally take up to an hour to process. Or a few days if the money is coming from your bank account instead of a credit card.


You only get a password if you purchase a subscription from the order page. You don't get an account just for joining the mailing list.


If you already had a Rapid Resizer account, you won't receive a new password email. If you don't have your password anymore, you can reset it here.


Are you certain you completed your order? If there's no charge on your payment method, it may not have gone through.
