Yes, on the page where you enter your design's size, click the Download button (under the blue Print button). You'll have the option to download a resized PDF file that you can save and send to your printshop or print from another device without Rapid Resizer. You can also save it as an unsized PNG or SVG.

If you're taking it to a print shop, they can probably do the resizing themselves. Though they might charge you less if you've already straightened, cropped and resized your design using the Resizer. In that case, find the largest paper size they have, and set the Resizer to that, using the advanced settings further down the page where you enter the size.
