On the Customize & Resize step, you can access the Save Ink tool either through the Prepare Your Designs to be Resize Accurately button or in the Customize tab.
Once in the Save Ink tool. there is a checkbox in the bottom left labeled Tint Red, click on this and then press the blue Apply button to return to the Customize & Resize step.
