Why won't it let me upload certain files? (They're grayed out.) Print

They're probably not the right type. Rapid Resizer can only open:

pictures: JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF (it can also open TIFs when run in the Safari web-browser)
PDF
SVG

If you have a picture in a document file, such as Word, try to save/export it into a picture file.
