Make sure you've bought Rapid Resizer. If you only subscribed to the mailing list or bought the old version of the program many years ago, you won't have an account at Rapid Resizer Online.

Also make sure you're entering the email that you used when you bought Rapid Resizer. If you used PayPal, the email may or may not be the one associated with your PayPal account.

If the Next button doesn't work after you enter your email, make sure no 3rd-party security software, VPN, or web-browser add-on is accidentally blocking part of Rapid Resizer.
