If you've had multiple separate Rapid Resizer accounts (under different emails) with saved designs, here's how you can get designs from one account to the other:
- Log out and then log into the account you want to get your old designs from.
- Download each one that you need to your computer.
- Then you can log back into the other account and upload any of those designs.
If you accidentally resubscribed under a different email and simply want to switch your new subscription to your original Rapid Resizer account, contact us and we can sort it out.
