You can create multiple lines of text two ways in the Letter Stencil Maker.

Firstly, press the enter/return key on your keyboard to start a new line. 

Secondly, you can press the Add Text button to create a new separate block of text. This new block will default to the last font you used. You can move the block over under the first Piece by holding a left click and dragging the Piece over.
