Rapid Resizer is priced in US dollars. When you paid, your bank converted your local currency to USD at that day's exchange rate and may have added a foreign transaction fee. When we issue a refund, we return the original USD amount to your card. Your bank then converts that USD back to your local currency at the refund date's rate.

Because exchange rates shift daily, and because most banks do not reverse their original foreign transaction fee, the amount you receive is usually a few percent different from what you originally paid. This difference is set by your bank, not by Rapid Resizer or Stripe, and we have no ability to adjust it.

If the discrepancy looks larger than expected, your bank can explain the rates and fees applied to both transactions.
