If you're using Rapid Resizer from an iPhone or iPad, your wireless printer will have to support AirPrint. To check that, you could try printing anything (e.g., a webpage) from your Apple device to your printer. Apple's AirPrint instructions are here.

From an Android phone or tablet, your printer will have to support Google Cloud Print.
