If it's telling you to buy Rapid Resizer, log in first.


Make sure you're using a compatible web-browser:

  • On Windows, Rapid Resizer works with recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Brave and Firefox.
  • On Mac, use recent versions of Safari, Chrome or Brave.
  • On iPhones & iPads, use Safari. Chrome doesn’t work.
  • On Android phones and tablets, use the Chrome app. Other browser apps, such as Samsung’s may not work.


Is your printer working? Try printing from a website or program other than Rapid Resizer.


Is your browser saving your resizing to your computer instead of printing it. There's usually an indicator that it's been downloaded instead. Open the PDF file from your Downloads (in the Files app on Android devices) and print that.


Restarting your web-browser or computer sometimes helps. You can also make sure you web-browser has been updated to a recent version.


If none of the above helps, please contact us from the step where you're having the problem. There's usually a Help button near the top right. That let's us see your design and settings.
