By default, the lines grow with the rest of the enlargement. The quality depends on the original image.

If you use Rapid Resizer's Letter Stencil or Designer tools, those make vector designs which which won't distort.

When resizing, in the Options, there's a setting to smooth the lines when enlarged. But this only works decently with certain images.
