The issue is probably that the Page Margin in the resizing Options is set to 0. Unless, you have your printer set to borderless printing (and the web-browser isn't adding a margin back in), that won't work. It's usually best to leave the margin at the default of 0.5.
Also, when you're at the last step of printing in your web-browser, ensure no option is set to shrink, fit or scale your design. You want it to print at the actual (resized) size with 100% scale. For example, Actual size should be on and Fit to page off. (In Chrome's PDF printer, you have to click More settings to reveal these.) The paper orientation there should be the same as in the resizing.
