Rapid Resizer doesn't deal directly with your printer so it's probably not a Rapid Resizer specific issue. Check if you can print other things from your web-browser.

If not, make sure the printer is connected to wi-fi and on the same network as your computer. If your on a phone or tablet, make sure your printer supports it, whether its iOS or Android.
