Errors can occur for a several reasons. We recommend trying a few different fixes:
- Update both your browser and device. An out of date browser is the most common culprit for Rapid Resizer errors.
- Try using Rapid Resizer in incognito/private mode, or on another browser or device. This will identify if it's a browser specific issue. To access incognito/private mode, you can find it generally in the top right corner where you would open a new browser window. You can then open an incognito/private window.
- Disable any browser extensions, these can interfere with Rapid Resizer.
- Log in and out of Rapid Resizer.
- Reboot the device.
